Understanding that refrigeration equipment is a necessity in any retail business, we are 24-hours available to our customers to ensure prompt repairs to their equipment. Our motto is: Go beyond the job! This means that you not only attend to the problem at hand, but also identify possible future problems, repair it and therefore prevent costly future breakdowns.
Quality Assurance.
Quality assurance is implemented throughout our organization by the following means: We only purchase from well known respectable suppliers in the industry. All equipment is inspected for visual defects before it is installed. To ensure that equipment that our technician has worked on adheres to standards, all prescribed settings e.g. heating and cooling are tested before completing the job card. Checklists are also used by the technicians in the case of services to ensure all aspects are covered and to document any preventative maintenance they have done. We are very proud to announce that we gained a contract with Pragma Africa service provider to Shell Retail. Extra Cool strives for service excellence. We are also a BEE registered company.
